- SUNDAY:
Arrival at the hotel – Welcome
Guides and host introduce the professional
cycling week programme..
- MONDAY:
Pitztal valley tour: Sölden – Sautens – Roppen – Wald –
Waldele – Arzl and back to Sölden.
115 km, 1,100 m elevation
- TUESDAY: Vent-Timmels tour:
Sölden – Vent – Rofen – back to Zwieselstein – then on to Obergurgl and Timmelsjoch.
88 km, 1,840 m elevation
- WEDNESDAY: Stilfser Joch tour, section I:
Sölden valley – Ötz – Landeck – Nauders – Reschenpass – Spondinig – Prad – Trafoi.
Overnight stay incl. breakfast
165 km, 1,900 m elevation
- THURSDAY: Stilfser Joch tour, section II:
Trafoi – Stilfser Joch – Umbrail pass – Santa Maria – Müstairtal (CH) – Mals (I) – Reschenpass – Landeck – Ötztal (then to Sölden by bus) or to Sölden by bike.
144 or 182 km, 2,500 m elevation to Sölden, 1,850 m elevation to Ötztal / Palmito
- FRIDAY: Cappuccino round trip to Niederthai with a stop for refreshments at the Bichl restaurant.

- SATURDAY: Farewell and presentation of the
“Ötztal Cycling Weeks” gift to all participants
